Welcome to the registration site for the 23rd IEEE European Test Symposium 2018, Test Spring School 2018 and Fringe Workshops. The registration types are explained below.

ETS18 Registration

• ETS18 Full Registration for IEEE members / IEEE retired or life members / non IEEE members includes: admission to all Sessions, Symposium proceedings published by IEEE Computer Society Press (USB Stick), Program Booklet, coffee breaks, luncheons (Tuesday, Wednesday and Thursday), Welcome Reception (Monday), and Social Event (Wednesday). For IEEE members, a valid IEEE membership will be required.
• ETS18 Student Registration for IEEE student members / non IEEE student members includes: admission to all Sessions, Symposium proceedings published by IEEE Computer Society Press (USB Stick), Program Booklet, coffee breaks, luncheons (Tuesday, Wednesday and Thursday), and Welcome Reception (Monday). The Social Event is not included; it can be purchased separately at an extra fee. A copy of the student card is required and has to be submitted together with the registration form; otherwise the registration will be discarded. For IEEE student members, a valid IEEE student membership will also be required.
• ETS18 One Day Registration for IEEE members / non IEEE members includes: access to all Sessions on that day, Symposium proceedings published by IEEE Computer Society Press (USB Stick), Program Booklet, coffee breaks and lunch on the respective day. The Social Event is not included. For IEEE members, a valid IEEE membership will be required.

Each accepted ETS paper, either for poster or oral presentation, must be accompanied by a Full Registration, executed by March 18, 2018. A Student Registration or One Day Registration only is not allowed. Please provide your paper ID when registering. If you travel with company you might consider purchasing additional Social Event ticket(s). A limited number of additional Social Event tickets will be available and will be assigned in a first-come-first-served order, with priority given to Full Registrations.

TSS 2018 Registration

The official ticket contingent has been already sold out. A waiting list is available, which can be used to sign up. Joining the waiting list is free of charge and without any commitment (on both sides).

• TSS 2018 Student and TSS 2018 Industry Professional Registrations include access to Test Spring School material, 3 nights in a shared double room (single room for Industry Professionals), meals and breakfasts (3 breakfasts, 3 lunches, 3 dinners), coffee breaks, a welcome reception, social event, free wifi access, and transport from TSS venue (Etelsen) to ETS conference hotel (Bremen) on May 28. For student registrations a copy of the student card is required and has to be sent to ets18@uni-bremen.de within the next 10 business days; otherwise the registration will be upgraded to a full registration, i.e., your credit card will be charged further to the full price.

Fringe Workshop Registration

• ETS18 Fringe Workshop Registration provides access to all activities of a single workshop and includes workshop informal proceedings, coffee breaks and one lunch (Friday) as well as a Welcome Reception (Thursday). Further information will follow soon.

The fees for each type of Registration can be found below. Advance Registration fees for ETS and Fringe Workshops apply until April 9, 2018. For TSS, Advance Registration fees apply until April 9, 2018 as well. After the expiration of the Advance Registration deadline, only Late / On-Site Registration will be possible.

• IEEE membership is required for all types of IEEE member registrations
• University membership is required for all types of student registrations

Registration Process

The payment process is online and fully automated. Payments can be made using the instant wire transfer service Sofort, SEPA direct debit or credit card. The online registration system will close on May 21, 2018 and after this date only on-site registration using credit card (Visa, MasterCard and American Express) will be possible (no other option of payment will be available). Please note that a cancellation fee of 100 Euro will apply after May 14, 2018 and there will be no refund after May 21, 2018.
