The registration for the workshop "Test Methods and Reliability of Circuits and Systems" can be made online via the VDE Conference Service. Reservations will be made in the order of the incoming registrations and only after full payment of the conference fee.

Registration Rates

The early bird rate is available until January 31, 2022. The registration closes on February 25, 2022.

The conference rate includes beverages during the breaks, lunch, dinner and the evening event.

The conference badge and the conference documents will be handed out on-site before the conference start.

In the unlikely case that, despite all efforts, it will not be possible to implement a face-to-face event, e.g., due to governmental restrictions, we will transform the workshop to a seamless virtual format on short notice. In such an unfortunate case, we will do our best to refund the charged registration fees to the greatest possible extent. We count on your support and trust.
