[CoFI] Response to Referee Report on CASL

At the end of June I wrote:

The draft response has been revised on the basis of the received
comments, and is now installed (at the same URLs).

The plan (sorry that it's somewhat behind schedule) is next to produce
an overview of those details of the CASL design which are now subject
to reconsideration, in view of the comments by the referees and the
recommendations by the Semantics task group (see CoFI Note S-6).  This
overview should appear early in the first week of September.

The work towards a compromise concrete syntax for CASL is progressing,
and the aim is still to have a complete proposal ready before the
Amsterdam meetings in September...  Watch this space!

You should have seen the registration form for the Amsterdam meetings
(Tools, Language Design, Methodology) on cofi-list; it is also
available under "Meetings" on the CoFI WWW pages..  Kindly register as
soon as possible!  Note especially that hotel accommodation may become
a problem if left too late.
