Those who saw a preliminary version a few days ago may like to know
that the only change since then is a clarification of the wording in
3.3.2.

Deadline for comments:

  1 AUGUST 1997

A definitive response will be made available shortly after that, in
preparation for progressing towards the final version of the CASL
design.
