The meeting will start at 9h30 on saturday morning
and will end by 16h on sunday afternoon.
ENS Cachan is easily reachable by RER B.
More precise instructions and a proposition of agenda
will be sent to participants on early january.

The easiest way to make a reservation is to send a fax to 
Hotel de Senlis, making clear: 
a) Your date of arrival
b) Your date of departure
c) Reservation of a single/double (as appropriate) room at special ENS
price (365 FF/night, breakfast not included) for the corresponding nights.
d) CREDIT CARD number and expiration date.
e) Asking confirmation of the reservation by fax to your fax number.

In case of problem, please inform Michel Bidoit who will then take care of
the reservation.
