CoFI semantics: new version of note S-6

Version 2.0 of note S-6 (semantics of CASL v0.97) is available at

The changes with respect to version 1.0 are confined to the sections
on subsorting.  Some notation has been changed, some footnotes have
been added to clarify certain points, and the axioms for equivalence
of term and sentence expansions have been corrected (the previous ones
were not consistent with the model theory).
