CoFI-R Meeting: February 5-7

Dear colleagues,

there seems to be only one meeting date which is suitable for a CoFI-R meeting:
 February 5-7.

For this date, I have acknowledgements from the following people:
- Hubert Baumeister
- Maura Cerioli
- Christine Choppy
- Martin Wirsing ("difficult but possible")
- Heinrich Hussmann
I think that this is a sufficient core team for a useful meeting, so I
would like to fix this date now.

By the way, I got a message that the Berlin people will not be able to
attend, independently of the precise date.

I will give the information about our meeting date to the CoFI
coordinators now.
