[CoFI]: CASL version 0.99 *almost* installed...

     Version 0.99 of the CASL Summary is *almost* ready: only Section C.4
     needs some special characters inserting. Moreover, the web version is
     quite erratic about when it uses italic or not in math mode...

     Anyway, for those who'd like to see the changes, I've now installed the
     current version, with all changes highlighted, as

     The installation of the final version (without highlighting of any
     changes) should happen sometime tomorrow (21 April) in:

     after completing Section C.4 and fixing the italic on the web version.

     An announcement will be sent to the main mailing list when the final
